WIPO ruled in our favour. The domain GlennBeckRapedAndMurderedAYoungGirlIn1990.com is ours to keep. However, we're giving it to Glenn Beck. See below:

We can only assume Beck has realized that his initial arguments to WIPO had no merit, and felt the need to try some different angles, which fail just as hard. I feel sorry for his lawyers, who have put in a lot of good effort into trying to fight an unwinnable case.

This is quite possibly the first time ever that pedobear has ever featured in legal documents. Read and enjoy!

Update:

We find it ironic that Glenn Beck, realizing that the U.S. Constitution would stand in the way of trying to shut us down via the U.S. courty system, decided to bring action against us before an international domain name arbitration panel. We're not saying he's not patriotic, but why would a patriotic American seek relief outside the U.S.? See the letter with our proposed stipulation that will ensure that no matter which panelist is assigned to this case, the First Amendment will illuminate these proceedings like rays of light from the Torch of Liberty.

They're attacking us! Lawyers contacted the server hosting guys, the datacenter guys, and the domain name registrar. The latter took my domain offline! Please use GB1990.com for now!

Notice: This site is parody/satire. We assume Glenn Beck did not rape and murder a young girl in 1990, although we haven't yet seen proof that he didn't. But we think Glenn Beck definitely uses tactics like this to spread lies and misinformation.

Read the last sentence again. That's the point. Read it a third time and ignore the name of the site itself, because anyone who believes that we're trying to actually get people to believe Glenn Beck raped and/or murdered is *whoosh* missing the entire point. So don't be dumb like a lot of people are. I greatly expanded this text because so many people *read* it, and *still* didn't understand.
